Biography

Project Manager, Innovation Management and Ecosystems at Laurea University of Applied Sciences, Finland

I work at the Laurea University of Applied Sciences as a project manager on mainly regional development projects, where an understanding of innovation management and ecosystems is of benefit.

I also co-ordinate the development of Laurea’s capacities in innovation management and ecosystems.

I am a founder of the Finnish NGO Systems Change Finland and very active in the global Systems Thinking community. I have previously worked at the Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra on systems change competences and innovation portfolios, and in the ICT industry with data warehousing and business intelligence.

My educational background is in social sciences, education, economics and design, with a cross-cutting focus on management.

I’m especially keen on exploring opportunities to apply for project funding related to taking the applied TIP practices forward in Finland, the Nordic and Baltic countries, and Europe more broadly.
