Natalia Gras

Biography

Natalia Gras is a PhD in Social Sciences, Master in Economics and Innovation Management by the Autonomous Metropolitan University, Mexico and an Economist by the Faculty of Economic and Administration Sciences of the University of the Republic, Uruguay. She is a Professor of the Academic Unit of the Sectorial Commission of Scientific Research of the University of the Republic and member of the National System of Researchers (Uruguay). She has studied various aspects of the technological innovation processes of the industry and the service sector; and oriented to social inclusion, both in Mexico and Uruguay; and analyzed the relationships between evaluation of research performance and differential forms of knowledge production. She has participated in multiple research projects and has disseminated her results in conferences, books, book chapters and scientific articles and has teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses on the relations between Science, Technology, Innovation and Development; Economy of Innovation; Economics applied to the Firm and, Econometrics.
