Component 4: Capabilities for TIP practice

The first three components of the Resource Lab shared learnings from TIPC members and partners from the practical design and evaluation of TIP experimentation geared towards systemic change. 

In Component 4, we turn to the ways of working that have strengthened that process – the capabilities and enabling conditions that support TIP practice in the pursuit of transformative change.

We explore the personal capabilities that have emerged as important for transformative policy approaches, the organisational learning required and the participatory engagement with TIP concepts and practice that is instrumental to shifting the values and beliefs that drive sociotechnical systems.
