This example from the Vinnova experiment shows the learning history method in action, introducing observations from team members on the role of mutual understanding and trust-building in creating learning spaces that trigger action based reflexivity. It includes reflections on the methodology, ways of working, expectations, team dynamics and essential ingredients, before posing questions for further consideration and enquiry.
