This simple questionnaire tool was developed by the Latin American and Caribbean HUB of Transformative Innovation Policy to provide its members with key questions that can help in the selection of experiments with transformative potential, and also in framing of these through a TIP lens. It reveals how experimentation as a method can open up spaces to support new, more sustainable practices and facilitate the design, evaluation and enactment of socio-technical alternatives.
