Extract Case Study

This extract, from the learning pathway book of the Latin American and Caribbean HUB for TIP, introduces how, once transformative outcomes (TOs) have been selected, they can be integrated into the specific theory of change for the project. This allows the main elements of the theory of change – activities, products and outcomes – to be reformulated accordingly. The extract shows two possible ways of integrating (or ‘stretching’) TOs into the theory of change and highlights the purpose of drilling into the transformative potential in this way.
