This presentation introduces the experiment undertaken by Vinnova in partnership with TIPC, which sought to understand and explain how a transition towards more sustainable practices can be achieved, using the food area as a pilot. The slides introduce the aims and objectives for the experimentation, followed by the methodology (formative evaluation with a focus on transformative outcomes).
