Vinnova opening workshop: Ethnographic report

This ethnographic report documents a three-day workshop held between TIPC and Vinnova, the Swedish innovation agency, in 2020. It describes observations from training sessions and collaborative workshops, in which participants explored how Transformative Innovation Policy (TIP) concepts could be applied to mission-oriented innovation programmes, highlighting the conceptual challenges and learning processes as the team started a journey of linking project activities to long-term socio-technical change in the food system. The report has been edited to anonymise the personal contributions of participants.
