Experimenting with Transformative Innovation Policy (TIP) is critical to find new and better ways of contributing to a Green Transition. This policy brief draws on theoretical and practical perspectives of TIP informed policy experimentation and makes six recommendations that suggest how European research and innovation policy making can be improved by it.
