This narrative for Component 4 of the Resource Lab focuses on capabilities for TIP. It explores the personal capabilities that have emerged as important for transformative policy approaches, the organisational learning required and the participatory engagement with TIP concepts and practice that is instrumental to shifting the values and beliefs that drive sociotechnical systems.
